Obtained a Civil Engineering Degree from the UNAM (Mexican National Autonomous University) in July 1968
First to develop High-rise Industrial Condominiums in Mexico City on 1975
Extensive retail, industrial and residential developments in: Chula Vista, CA; San Diego, CA; Houston, TX; Calexico, CA; Escondido, CA; Fontana, CA; Menifee, CA; Murrieta, CA; Moreno Valley, CA and Lake Elsinore, CA

Recieved a Bachelor's Degree ( “Licenciado en Arquitectura” (Architect)) from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
Overseas a portfolio of retail and office properties positioned through out the Inland Empire and Texas.
Active in the commercial and residential real estate industry for nearly 25 years in México, California and Texas. He first joined Winterhawk Development Corporation in 2009 as Assistant Real Estate Manager where he supported a portfolio of retail, and industrial properties, including a number of distressed assets, positioned across Riverside County.
Prior to joining Winterhawk, Sutton served as a real estate analyst and investor for several development Companies. This diverse experience has given him a breadth of expertise that includes the successful management of client and tenant relations; vendor coordination, lease administration, property marketing, and budgeting.

Stuart Naliboff is our senior Controller and has been with the company since 1989.
